Meet Your 2025/26 Richmond Ravens Rep Coaches

The Richmond Ravens are proud to announce its 2025–2026 Rep Coaching lineup. These dedicated leaders bring decades of coaching experience, player development expertise, and a deep commitment to growing female hockey in our community. From long-standing Ravens alumni to seasoned professionals with national recognition, this year’s coaching team is ready to inspire, challenge, and elevate our athletes to new heights.

U13AA HEAD COACH
Gord Taylor

Richmond resident Gord Taylor returns for another season, bringing over 16 years of Rep-level coaching experience. A Hockey Canada Certified Development 1 coach and former high-level player, Gord has guided his teams to recent success, capturing both Silver and Bronze at the U13AA Provincial Championships. His passion for the game and commitment to player growth make him a cornerstone of the Ravens coaching team.

U15AA CO-COACHES
Natalie Korenic

A Ravens alumna and coaching veteran, Natalie has been with the organization for 16 seasons, 11 of those at the Rep level. She’s led teams across all age groups and was named BC’s Female Coach of the Year by Hockey Canada in 2020. After completing her master’s degree, she returned to coaching in 2023, and eventually led the 2024/25 U15AA team to the Provincial Championships. Natalie also plays in the South Coast Women’s Hockey League and has contributed to the Ravens as a referee, board member, and tournament director.

Milan Dragicevic

Milan brings over two decades of elite coaching experience, including Head Coach of the UBC Men’s Hockey Team, Vancouver Giants (WHL) and Drayton Valley Thunder (AJHL). A certified High Performance Coach with Hockey Canada, he has been instrumental in player development within the Ravens organization for the past 12 years. In addition to being Head Coach of various rep-level teams for the Ravens, he’s also the Association’s Director of Development and primary skills coach.

U18A1 HEAD COACH
AJ Sander

A pillar of the Ravens organization, AJ Sander enters his 18th season as U18A Head Coach and brings 43 years of coaching experience. He is a six-time recipient of Coaching Excellence Awards, a two-time Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association Coach of the Year, and has also been recognized as Coach of the Year by both the Richmond Minor Hockey Association and the City of Richmond Sports Council in 2007 for all sports in the city. AJ has led 15 teams to Provincial Championships and previously coached in Hockey Canada’s “Best Ever” Program. Inducted into the Richmond Sports Hall of Fame in 2018, AJ also holds an NCCP Advanced 1 certification and continues to be a passionate advocate for youth development in sport.
