The instructions on this page apply to the following scenarios:
- Players transferring to Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association from any other association.
- Players wishing to join Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association because the program you want is not available in your Home Association (ie. no female team, no A team) or you are on a wait-list with your Home Association
Below are PCAHA's types of Player Movement and document requirements.

Player Movement Documents
Player Movement Steps:
- Complete the PCAHA Application for Player Movement Form (downloadable above). Note that this form may take time to process as it requires approval from the player's Home Association.
- Depending on the player's situation, the following supporting documentation may be required (see table above):
- Two (2) proof of residency. The primary piece must be your property tax assessment or lease agreement (all pages) and the secondary piece must be a utility invoice such as BC Hydro, Fortis BC, or City of Richmond Utility Bill. You must provide full invoice and not just the mailing stub. Please contact our Registrar if you are not able to provide these.
- PCAHA Player Registration Form (downloadable above -- form must be signed by both a parent and the player if Atom and above)
- A copy of the player's birth certificate
- Submit the completed form(s) and all required supporting documents to one of the following:
- Drop-in our mailbox located at the Richmond Ice Centre in the main lobby on the wall near the stairway to Stanley's Bar and Grill. The mailbox is at the bottom of the trophy case that is closest to the payphone. Attention: Registrar
- By email in PDF form (no cell phone photos please) to the Richmond Ravens Registrar.

- Pay for the registration fees and player movement fee using Hockey Canada's online registration and payment site (HCR). Access to the HCR will be provided once the player movement request has been processed.
